Conflict resolution is a set of techniques for resolving conflicts with the assistance of a third party. Mediation simply refers to the process of resolving conflict in which a third party neutral (mediator), assist the disputants to resolve their own conflict.
Divorce mediation is a well-established process for couples to negotiate a fair and equitable settlement. It is my goal to assist people in processing their divorce in an efficient, fair, and the least expensive way possible. Going through a divorce is already a challenging process, couples don't need to end up in financial despair when they are done. Working with a divorce or family mediator will expand the options that you have to resolve your areas of conflict. My goal is to guide the couple through the process so they don't have to spend money having someone else do what they can do for themselves. Mediators can help families and divorcing couples, without expensive, divisive, and emotionally devastating litigation.
There is no place that this growing problem is more evident than the American workplace. Consequently, there is a significantly increased need for more conflict resolution specialists throughout our country. Mediators are on the forefront of resolving conflict.
Workers and businesses are in need of mediators to reduce workplace conflict, engage and inspire employees and increase productivity to our American economy.
